AOD Counselors are ranked/paid by certification and experience. Hourly rates ranges from $19-27.70, salary ranges begin at $62,400-65,880
The AOD Counselor coordinates with the program team members to provide community based, comprehensive, strength-based, culturally competent, trauma informed, flexible, effective, SUPT services and supports to eligible children, youth, and families. The AOD Counselor provides services in accordance with County SUPT and Family Centered Practice principles, including family voice and choice provided in collaboration with those individuals and agencies involved with the child or youth. Supports the Mission, Vision, and Values of the agency.
